Flow Yoga
Vinyasa yoga or Flow yoga is a style of yoga where the breath is synchronized with movement and used to transition between sustained postures. It is a wonderful way to stretch and strengthen the mind, body and spirit. Yoga experience recommended. This is an ongoing weekly class. Drop-ins welcome.

Gentle Yoga
This gentle practice is a wonderful way to reconnect with your mind, body and spirit. You will discover how easy it is to move to stretch and strengthen with grace and ease. You will learn how to surrender your determined will and discover what it is you need in the moment. This is an on-going weekly class. Great class for beginners but please know All Levels are welcome. Drop-ins welcome, too!
Prenatal Yoga
Take some time to quiet down and connect with yourself and your baby. Come to this class for some stretching, strengthening, and relaxation. Learn some wonderful breathing and meditation techniques that will help you during your pregnancy and birthing experience. All levels welcome.

Beginners Yoga
This series is an introduction to yoga, we will explore a variety of breathing styles, yoga postures, meditation techniques and discuss the philosophy of yoga. You will experience the positive effects of a yoga practice as we strengthen, stretch and relax the mind, body and spirit and bring them back into balance. 6 week course
Exploring Meditation
Meditation helps us understand the inner workings of our wondering minds by learning to cultivate the quiet spaces from within. We learn to recognize our self-created fears that lead to stress and illness. We will explore a variety of mediations through mantra, music, breathing techniques, loving kindness meditations and much more. For students that would like to deepen their practice. 6 week course
